Free Vending Machine Installation

Free vending machine installation means exactly that: we deliver, install, and stock the machines, and you pay nothing. No purchase, no lease, no installation fee, and no service contract cost for the host.

How the installation works, step by step

  • Free site evaluation. We visit in person, ideally with the owner or building manager, and look at your foot traffic, headcount, and the best placement.
  • We recommend the right machines. Based on what we see, not a generic package.
  • Delivery and setup. We bring the machines in, position them, plug them in, and configure the cashless payment.
  • Stocking. We fill them with a product mix chosen for your people.
  • Ongoing service. We restock, clean, and repair. That never becomes your job.

What you need to provide

Only the space and a standard power outlet. Most machines need a small footprint against a wall in a break room, lobby, or common area.

Why it is free

We earn from what sells at the machines, not from you. That is why we only install where there is enough traffic to work for both sides, and it is exactly what the free evaluation confirms. More detail is in the FAQ.

How long it takes

Once we have visited and agreed on the machines, installation is quick. We give you a clear timeline during the evaluation, based on your space and the equipment you choose.

Is there really no contract cost

Correct. There is no purchase price, no monthly lease, no installation charge, and no maintenance fee for the host. We supply the equipment, the product, and the labor. If the arrangement ever stops making sense for your building, we remove the machines. You are not buying equipment you would be stuck with.

What happens after installation

The work does not end when the machine is plugged in. We come back to restock, we clean the machines, and we handle repairs. We also adjust the product mix over time based on what your people are actually buying, so the selection gets better the longer it is there rather than going stale.
